Minsu Kim was once again at the forefront of Rangers' win against St Johnstone on Saturday.

The South Korean winger started on the left-hand side in another change of role at Ibrox.

Derek McInnes selected Kim ahead of Djeidi Gassama, with Badredine Bouanani also keeping his spot.

It worked, with Rangers demolishing the visitors in the heavy rain in their 4-0 victory in Govan.

Kim once again failed to score or assist, but that doesn't tell the whole story for the attacker.

And Joel Kim couldn't help but laugh at the latest evidence of his luck.

What happened to Minsu Kim at Ibrox?

It's starting to look like no other player as done as much without being involved in a single goal.

Every time he steps on the pitch, the former Girona attacker is electric and looks impossible to stop stepping in.

Kim did that again on Saturday, picking up the ball centrally and curling at goal from distance only to hit the post.

KNT Football, a social media account held by South Korean expert, Kim, could not believe the latest round of footage.

He wrote: "At this point wouldn't be a Kim Min-su shot attempt if it didn't hit the post. The bad luck is diabolical."

Can we count a first assist for Minsu Kim?

While it may not go down as an official assist, the winger played a huge role in the second goal.

It was Ryan Naderi who tapped home, but it was all about Kim.

What everyone knew about Minsu Kim before Rangers transfer success as inside information revealed

Collecting the ball from Nico Raskin on the left, he beat his man down the line before smashing the ball across goal, only for the keeper to parry it.

Then, there was Naderi to score.

Kevin Kelsy got two on the afternoon, with his third also coming from a flick on from Kim's corner.

So, he may not be getting those official numbers in these games, but every single time, the winger is having a huge impact.

Kim may not be happy, but McInnes will be delighted with his performances every week.

After being replaced early at Dens Park last week, it said a lot that it was Naderi who went off when Gassama was called upon.

The message will be simple, keep doing what you're doing and the goals will come.
