Four Lads Had A Dream were stunned by Jack Butland after a "wonderful" double save to deny Dundee, but warned that Rangers must wake up after a slow start in the 0-0 draw.

The hosts thought they'd scored the opening goal before it was disallowed for offside, but it takes nothing away from Butland's terrific double save in the buildup.

The best chances of the first half fell to Dundee as Philippe Clement's side struggled and failed to get going again as nerves began to rise following the defeat to Ross County.

Taking to X following the disallowed goal, Four Lads wrote: "Two wonderful saves from Butland keep Rangers level as the flag is up as Dundee have the ball in the net. Wakey wakey Rangers."

Jack Butland stands out yet again for Rangers v Dundee

Butland has so often been the man of the moment for Rangers even when they have been frustrated by poor performances, with the goalkeeper usually the one to step up and be counted even if his teammates are struggling.

During a game where Gers' attacking players struggled to make an impact, it was their goalkeeper yet again that ensured they remained in the game as Dundee could have taken the lead based on their chances.

The same was the case when Clement's side fell to a 3-2 defeat against Ross County last time out, with Butland making several important saves to keep his side in it, drawing high praise from Ibrox legend Ally McCoist.

His performances are also being noticed outside of Ibrox as he has been strongly tipped for a recall to the England squad while there is also reported interest from Premier League clubs in making a transfer move this summer - performances like this will do him no harm on either front.
