Rangers chiefs join training camp as summer transfer plans set to accelerate
Rangers' hierachy are set to join Danny Rohl's side on their mid-season training camp in Spain.
The Gers boss is taking his side on a five-day trip ahead of the Scottish Premiership split, which will decide the destination of the title.
The Rangers Review reported on 13 April that Dan Purdy, Stig Inge Byornybe, Jim Gillespie and Fraser Thornton will link up with Rohl's side.
It states that the members of the club's leadership will use the camp to accelerate their transfer plans for the summer window.
Rangers have a lot of work to do in the market, and starting early will surely only benefit the Glasgow side.
What has Rohl said about Rangers training camp?
Rangers have several decisions to make in the summer, concerning both exits and incomings ahead of the new campaign.
Rohl seemed to confirm that he will talk with the board over potential transfers while his side are in the Iberian Peninsula.
He said: "You can find a good balance between training, but also have some activity off the pitch.
“I think this is also crucial. I also have time with the board to speak about other topics, so we go there together, I'm really looking forward."
What decisions do Rangers have to make?
Rangers have several loanees, whose futures are undecided beyond the end of the season.
Mikey Moore has hinted at a stay, but his loan from Tottenham does not contain a buy clause, and that is the same for Nasser Dijga, Max Aarons and Jayden Meghoma.
Andreas Skov Olsen and Derek Cornelius' loan deals have options, but whether the Light Blues pick them up remains to be seen.

Emmanuel Fernandez is a potential departure, having been linked to Arsenal, Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund, while bids could also arrive for Nicolas Raskin, with significant interest in his services.
Potential incomings include Dundee centre-back Luke Graham, Motherwell star Elijah Just and BK Hacken midfielder Silas Andersen, who have also been touted as targets in recent weeks.
The earlier that the Bears start the groundwork on the players that they want around for the new season, the better, and it seems like they are getting underway.
That should put Rohl's side in a good position to capitalise on their momentum from this campaign, regardless of whether they win the title or not.
Some supporters will want full focus on the league, but there has to be an eye on the bigger picture and the long-term future of the G51 club.
