The news outlet reports (9 January) that the defender had a release clause of £2.7m, which the Gers exercised in the previous transfer window.
If the reports are true, then Rangers have wasted their money considering the quality of centre-back they've got.
The Bears are already in a financial crisis, and spending big money on the Dutch ace only makes their business even more unacceptable.
