Pundit moots three Rangers sensations to make leap up to first team
John Brown has mooted two or three Rangers sensations to make the leap up and become first-team players for Philippe Clement's side.
In his view, it would save the club money and could also see them allocate those funds to other positions - strengthening the team in a better way.
Currently, Ross McCausland is being used as an example for the other youngsters to live up to.
Brown said, as quoted by Football Scotland, "I don't think we've had too many academy players coming through in recent times. Any good ones have moved down south and we've cashed in on them.
"It would be good to see two or three breaking into the first team. It saves the manager spending millions on players if two or three of the guys break through."
