John Souttar and Derek McInnes hero: Three Rangers players who will be unhappy at Ibrox

Rangers are riding a wave of happiness right now at Ibrox.

Derek McInnes appears to have finally landed, winning four in a row in the Scottish Premiership after that slow start.

That was followed by the Premier Sports Cup destruction of Celtic on Sunday, smashing them 3-0 in Govan.

Dan Neil was the star of the show, with Kevin Kelsy also scoring.

But, there will be some players who simply aren't happy at all, no matter what is happening around them.

Ibrox News has picked out three below...

John Souttar is most obvious

It simply hasn't worked for the defender over the past year, after a somewhat positive start when signing from Hearts.

Known for his physicality, his bulky figure and slow speed hasn't matched well against progressive sides.

Scotland is different now, you have the likes of Hearts and Motherwell, who play quick exciting football, and some players get found out.

Souttar has been told he can find a new club, but is quickly running out of options now.

A move to Aris looked to be sorted, but that collapsed at the last moment, with only slim hopes of it being recovered.

Tuur Rommens won't like what he's watching

After signing from Westerlo last season, the Belgian quickly became the premier left-back in Scotland.

Known for his attacking work and ability to pop up in the final third, he also wasn't shy of a physical battle and tackle.

That was until injury hit.

Rotating with Jayden Meghoma, on loan from Brentford last season, was easy, as he never did enough to keep Rommens out.

That's different now, with James Penrice on absolute fire since arriving from AEK Athens, and he's locked down that spot under McInnes.

Rommens is trying to get back from injury now, but it will only be for a spot on the bench, as things stand.

Bojan Miovski snubbed with hero status

This winning run almost stopped with a bore 0-0 draw against St Mirren last week.

That's until Miovski came off the bench to lob home the winner in added time, sending Ibrox crazy.

Despite that, the Macedonian was once again glued to the bench against Celtic, with Ryan Naderi and Kelsy preferred.

Even with Lawrence Shankland and Youssef Chermiti seriously injured, and no matter what he does, he appears to be stuck as third choice for good.
