Barry Ferguson has named his Rangers starting 11 for their Europa League decider against Fenerbahce.

Heading into the game, Rangers have the advantage having secured a 3-1 victory away to Fenerbahce in the first-leg of the round of 16.

However, the encounter is far from over with another 90 minutes to be played at Ibrox, and Rangers will need to be at their best again to cement their place in the next round of the Europa League.

With that in mind, Ferguson has named his starting 11 for the clash against Jose Mourinho's side, making two changes in the process.

Ferguson makes two changes v Fenerbahce

Given the frailties that have been on show in the league for Rangers, the Europa League is their only remaining chance of silverware.

Many will look back at the current campaign as a failure, but even more so if they fail to progress past Fenerbahce, though Ferguson will be looking to stop that, having made two changes to his starting 11.

It will be much of the same for the Light Blues, though Hamza Igmane will have to wait for his chance off the bench if he is to influence the game.

Given the home advantage and the fact that Fenerbahce will have to throw bodies forward, his inclusion could have amplified their threat going forward, but Ferguson has opted against it.

Instead, the Rangers boss has made just two changes, with Leon Balogun slotting into defence to replace Robin Propper who is only fit enough to make the bench.

Dujon Sterling is also back in the starting 11, replacing Ridvan Yilmaz, who is forced to settle for a place on the bench.

Rangers simply must win v Fenerbahce

Not only does their season hinge on their ability to progress, but their integrity is just as much on the line. With a 3-1 advantage at the halfway stage, Rangers simply cannot afford to let their performance drop.

As always, with a side managed by Moruinho, Fenerbahce will be up for a fight, and if they score the first goal in the game, it could set up a tense night at Ibrox.

The Light Blues need to start the game with the momentum earned from the reverse fixture and ensure that they take control of the clash from minute one.
