This will see Andrew Cavenagh and Paraag Marathe work closely, while the structure of the Ibrox boardroom will certainly have a telling impact.
As a result, it comes as a surprise that a senior member of the 49ers will not play a part in G51 moving forward, as the search for a new manager continues.

This has taken many months and caused uncertainty in Govan, especially while the need for a permanent head coach hangs over Ibrox this season.
After strong links to Davide Ancelotti and Steven Gerrard, this process could be set to take a step closer to completion.
This will see 49ers' technical director, Gretar Steinsson, play a part in the search for the next boss after Barry Ferguson's interim spell came to an end.
Despite this, the Rangers Review have reported (30 May) that the 43-year-old won't assume an official position at Ibrox after the completion of a takeover.
The former Iceland international will continue to feed into the strategy as part of his wider remit, with the appointment of a new manager being the top priority in G51.

Now that Cavenagh and the 49ers have taken their place at the Light Blues' top table, the looming decision surrounds the head coach.
It feels as if this is likely to be Ancelotti or Gerrard, who have both been strongly linked with a move to Govan in recent weeks.
