Rangers ‘alarm bells ringing’ amid obvious Emmanuel Fernandez links as scouts fly in
Rangers will be concerned about interest in Emmanuel Fernandez after their 6-3 win over Falkirk on Sunday.
The Nigerian defender has attracted interest from the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen in recent months.
A report from the Scottish Sun on 14 April claims that alarm bells are set to be ringing for Danny Rohl’s side as scouts were spotted at Falkirk Park.
The Gers already acknowledge that they face a battle to keep the former Peterborough United man, with the level of suitors. south of the border and overseas, but their fears may now have increased.
Rangers need to do all they can to convince Fernandez to stick around, but it looks as though the transfer talk will not go away anytime soon.

Why Rangers fears will skyrocket about Fernandez exit
Bayer Leverkusen scouts watched Rangers’ comeback win, and it was a first for Falkirk, according to boss John McGlynn.
Speaking after the contest, he revealed that he thinks foreign scouts had never attended a game in Stirlingshire before.
He said: “We had Feyenoord and Bayer Leverkusen watching our game yesterday.
“That’s the first foreign scouts I think I’ve ever had watching our team!

How does Fernandez feel about potential exit?
Fernandez seems to be relaxed about the situation, not getting involved in any speculation about his future.
In fact, he asked Mikey Moore to sign on for a further spell with the Gers after the victory last time out, after the Tottenham loanee replied to his post.
That is not the actions of a player who knows that he will be leaving, trying to convince a player to stick around, but a lot could happen between now and the summer, when the market is open again.
It will likely be an agonising summer for Gers supporters, as they wait to see if their best players are poached away by Europe’s elite.
It is not the worst thing though, as they clearly have an eye for talent, Rohl can get the best out of players and they should make a significant profit that can be reinvested fo the new campaign.
For example, Fernandez was bought for around £3million, and he will likely go for a fee exceeding the £40m mark, which is not a terrible thing for the Light Blues, by any means.
