Stan Collymore instantly reacts as Rangers lose v Queen’s Park
Stan Collymore wasn’t shy to hide his happiness after Rangers ended up losing 1-0 to Queen’s Park in their Scottish Cup tie on Sunday.
Rangers were left stunned at Ibrox after a hugely underwhelming performance against their second-tier opponents, who were victorious thanks to Seb Drozd’s winner.
They had the chance to take the game into extra-time when Cyriel Dessers was awarded a last-gasp penalty for a push by Adam Montgomery but James Tavernier saw his spot-kick saved in dramatic circumstances.
It was a hugely embarrassing defeat for the Gers and Collymore could not contain his glee when sticking the knife in.
Stan Collymore shares his reaction to Rangers defeat
Taking to his personal X account after the game (9 February), Collymore shared a one-word response to the Gers’ loss.
“Hehe,” he wrote.
Collymore and Rangers fans have been at it for years now and it seems like the former Aston Villa man isn’t going to stop taunting them any time soon.

Philippe Clement has to be sacked by Monday
Sunday’s loss against Queen’s Park could well be the final nail in Philippe Clement’s coffin.
His future in Govan has been brought into question on numerous occasions and just when it feels like he’s about to be relieved of his duties, he manages to pull a win or an excellent performance out of the bag.
However, that evidently wasn’t the case on 9 February as Callum Davidson’s men more than held their own and made themselves difficult to beat.
As aforementioned, fans have often questioned where the future of their club lies with Clement at the helm and after this outing, it’s clear to see why they want him out.
There have already been countless times this season when the Belgian’s future has seemed to be away from Ibrox but one way or another, he’s found a way to stay in charge.
And, now that the only competition they can possibly win is the Europa League, it feels like now is the best time for the 50-year-old to be relieved of his duties.
Many expected him to be gone before the winter transfer window but both Patrick Stewart and Fraser Thornton chose to stick by him.
However, now that Rangers have succumbed to a 1-0 defeat against a Scottish Championship side, it feels like nobody at the Ibrox outfit has a leg to stand on regarding why the former Club Brugge boss should be kept on.
