Stewart Robertson needs to be booted out of Rangers ASAP after footage surfaces online

Stewart Robinson’s comments from the recent Rangers AGM have surfaced and they do not appear to have aged well at all.

He was rightly called out by a fan who was demanding answers after seeing the shoddy governance of the club.

The Gers CEO clearly did not have the right answer and referenced the era where they were relegated to the fourth tier and brought themselves back up to win the title under Steven Gerrard.

“You have to look at where we were compared to where we are. We got to the Europa League final. We’ll have ups and downs. We were unlucky with injuries as well.

“Everyone views it differently and everyone has their opinion on it but we see the amount of work and foundations that we have and the systems, structures and processes we have behind the scenes.”

These are truly shocking comments and it’s justification that everyone in the Rangers board uses to defend this current situation.

It’s bizarre how they think that they can fool the Rangers fans when everyone can see right through their lies.

They set the bar so low with expectations and then brag about it like they’ve achieved the unthinkable while Celtic are laughing their way to yet another league title.

Robertson cannot continue at the club and many along with him need to be booted out of the door as soon as possible.

Ross Wilson is another one who’s often defended mediocrity whereas his work has been less than mediocre given how few signings have really gone on to succeed at Ibrox.

It’s a mess that needed clearing up yesterday and they’re already facing a race against time to become the best team in the land again.
