Fashion Sakala follows Rangers squad members on Instagram after transfer reports

The transfer links between Rangers and Fashion Sakala are really starting to gather speed as the season comes to an end.

It was reported by the Daily Record this week that the Bears were preparing a four-year deal for the Zambian international currently playing in Belgium.

Steven Gerrard has been preparing his summer moves already, and it appears as though Sakala could be the first through the door.

Sakala has dropped the biggest hint yet, and his social media activity will certainly have the Ibrox faithful celebrating.

Looking at his personal Instagram account on Wednesday, the speed demon has followed numerous players in Glasgow, including the likes of James Tavernier and Kemar Roofe.

Biggest hint yet.

Why would Sakala start following members of the Rangers squad if he wasn’t set to complete a big move to Glasgow in the summer.

Having Gerrard at the helm and Champions League football to come after winning the Scottish Premiership this season is certainly helping with this move.

The 24-year-old has scored 13 goals and added three assists in his 28 league appearances this season, more goal involvements than everyone in our squad except Tavernier.

With another attacker possibly set to arrive this summer, some exits are clearly needed, meaning it may not spell good news for the likes of Jermain Defoe, Cedric Itten and Greg Stewart.

Sakala has sparkled at times throughout this season and has been called an “attacking genius” in his home country previously.

This is the latest hint, and we can prepare for yet another exciting attacking arrival through the doors in the coming months; bring it on.
