There’s a shortage of deludamol in stores across the East End of Glasgow after Celtic fans had it in their heads they would beat Rangers on Sunday.
Every time they’ve played us this term, it’s been their biggest game of the season. Each time, they’ve failed to win and paved the way for success at Ibrox.
Steven Davis’ overhead and an own-goal by Jonjoe Kenny helped Steven Gerrard’s men book their spots in their Scottish Cup quarter-finals on Sunday with Celtic failing to win silverware in a season for the first time since 2010.
After the game, we became aware of a blog post on a Celtic fan site that every Rangers fan really needs to see.
On Saturday, it was uploaded to Twitter with the caption: “Tomorrow we will at Ibrox. This is why.”

Of course, almost all the replies are now from Rangers fans who cannot help but jump on this failed attempt at confidence – but when you read the post, we cannot help but have a giggle ourselves.
The Celtic Blog writes that John Kennedy and the Celtic players will have laughed at a claim by Daily Record journalist Hugh Keevins, who suggested it would be an easy win for Rangers.
They also wrote their team will have approached the game with no fear.
Someone should have told Odsonne Edouard that when he missed a sitter in open play and passed a penalty to Allan McGregor.
It’s a majestic piece of writing in which every word is bitter, full of rage and filled to the brim with delusion.
We loved reading it, for what it’s worth.
Hopefully, this new comedy site continues with this glorious content as we romp our way to a domestic double.
In other Rangers news, Pat Bonner was in full meltdown as he tore into this Celtic player on Sunday.
