‘I’ve witnessed…’ – Derek Ferguson makes SFA claim after Rangers ‘Injustice’
Derek Ferguson has claimed that there is a sense of “injustice” surrounding the SFA and the three-match ban handed to Rangers forward Alfredo Morelos.
The Colombian international was charged after appearing to stamp on Hibernian defender Ryan Porteous, something he accepted.
Ferguson admitted it was “naughty” but that plenty of others have done something similar in the past year without being sanctioned by the SFA.

Speaking on the Blues Brothers Podcast on Monday evening, Ferguson believes that Morelos has been hard done by the SFA once again.
“Over the last season and a half, I’ve witnessed about four or five similar incidents,” he said.
“Nothing has been done. Morelos, obviously, when he comes to the fore and it’s him, it was a red card retrospectively, it’s naughty. But, I’ve seen quite a few other players do it, and nothing has been done.
“They’ve got away scot-free so that’s where the injustice comes in. Have we been hard done by? Absolutely.”

It is hard to disagree with Ferguson.
Morelos will know that he has done wrong, but whenever it is him in the spotlight, everything appears to be made much worst than it is.
Darren McGregor threw Glen Kamara to the ground and stood on him in the exact same game, but yet where was his charge? Even just investigating it, would have been enough.
Steven Gerrard can’t keep defending Morelos though, and we can’t keep making the same excuses every time this happens.
