Andy Walker has predicted a comfortable win for Rangers as they return to league action with a trip to Ross County this weekend.
The Sky Sports pundit admitted that Steven Gerrard’s men don’t even look like conceding in the league, nevermind losing a game.
The Bears come into the clash on the back of their dramatic comeback win over Standard Liege on Thursday, whereas County managed an historic win over Celtic last week.
Walker believes that every other team in Scotland are facing a “big problem” due to Rangers form and how easily they are sweeping aside sides at this moment.
“All I can see against Ross County is another comfortable Rangers win,” he said on Sky Sports’ Scottish Football Podcast.
“Of course, they might concede the odd goal or two, but I think that is what people are saying about Rangers just now: they hardly look like conceding a goal never mind losing a game. That’s a big problem for anyone chasing Rangers and hoping they drop points.”
Ross County will be full of confidence following their win at Parkhead, but Rangers are just a different animal to the rest so far this season.
How are Rangers shaping up?
The Gers are going into the clash with a near-full clean bill of health, which is the last thing that County were hoping for this weekend.
Gerrard confirmed that Ryan Jack, who has missed the past two games is still a major doubt, and that despite some minor knocks the rest of the squad should be fine.
It is hard to look past the Gers in any game they play this season, and they will be confident of extending their run in Dingwall on Sunday.
