Rangers dismantled Ross County at Victoria Park on Wednesday night and fans were absolutely thrilled by the performance of Ryan Jack. 

The win kept Gers on the same points at the top as Celtic, who squeaked past St Mirren with a 2-0 win after going in at half-time goalless. Rangers reduced the goal difference at the top to just one after their 4-0 win.

Jack scored the second and third goals in the comprehensive victory, sandwiched by two from striker Alfredo Morelos.

The 27-year-old midfielder has been a huge player this season and has been transformed into a force under Steven Gerrard since his move from Aberdeen.

He was there for 18 years before his move to Ibrox in the summer of 2017 on a free transfer – a deal that is proving to be one of the biggest bargains in the Scottish game.

However, one fan had a warning and thought that Jack was turning into the sort of player that Rangers will eventually lose for a “lot of money”.
